3. Consultation Process

Our services begin with a qualification process. After you submit a consultation request:

• We will review your request and business requirements
• If qualified, we will contact you to discuss your project in detail
• We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our expertise or capacity
• All consultations are subject to our availability and scheduling

4. Pricing and Payment

Consulting rates are provided as estimates and may vary based on:

Final pricing will be agreed upon before project commencement. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom solutions, strategies, and implementations developed specifically for your project remain your property upon full payment. However, Sandydunes retains rights to:

• General methodologies and best practices
• Pre-existing intellectual property and frameworks
• Knowledge and experience gained during the engagement

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. We will sign additional non-disclosure agreements as required by clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sandydunes' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Third-party claims or damages
• Results that depend on factors outside our control

8. Performance Expectations

While we strive for optimal results, AI implementation success depends on various factors including:

• Quality and availability of client data
• Client cooperation and resource allocation
• Market conditions and external factors
• Proper implementation of our recommendations

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all completed work
• All deliverables completed to date will be provided
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami Gardens, Florida.
